ABOUT US

Jauher Ahmad received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto in 2003. He has been a community pharmacist/owner for the past 14 years in Mississauga and an active member of the profession. He is currently the owner of My Whole Health Pharmacy group and Clinic Director of Intrepid Health Group Inc.

Jauher has also been a teaching associate for the Faculty of Pharmacy for the past 13 years where he has mentored over 100 students in advance pharmacy practice rotations.

His educational interests include: Community Pharmacy Management, fostering inter-professional relationships, practice-based learning, medication Therapy Management, and health Professional Education. 

Jag has been a pharmacist since 2003 and currently owns four pharmacies.  Over his career he has worked in various retail practice settings and within hospitals.

He has a passion for helping his staff and students grow by supporting their learning and mentoring them. His drive for continuous improvement has helped him develop innovative practices that drive the pharmacy profession forward.

Taranom completed her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto in 2018. T

Taranom works across the different Whole Health pharmacies and specializes in biologics, sterile compounding, travel medicine, and mental health and addictions. Her focus is providing medication reviews and travel consultation.

 Sameera has been a pharmacist across Brampton and Mississauga for 10 years. Her ability to communicate in 3 different languages (English, Hindi, Urdu), allows her to provide care to seniors with language barriers. 

She has experiences in community pharmacy including, MMT & Addictions Medicine, Speciality Compounding, Diabetes Care, and Travel Medicine. Sameera is a passionate and professional pharmacist who aspires to best serve her patients and better the surrounding community. With her skills in pharmaceutical therapeutics, she is committed to providing the most suitable treatment and alternatives for her patients. With Sameera’s goal to achieve success and patient satisfaction, she is determined to provide patient-centered care while also prospering her business.

Malak is a pharmacy student that is passionate about working with patients to meet their therapy goals and improve their quality of life.

Malak holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and is currently working towards completing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Toronto. Malak enjoys travelling, reading, hiking and spending time with family and friends. Malak is happy to assist you at Whole Health Pharmacy!

Sarah is a recent graduate of the Leslie Dan faculty of pharmacy at the University of Toronto.

She is currently working as a pharmacy intern across the Whole Health pharmacies. She specializes in cardiology, LGBTQ care and mental health and addictions. She has completed a certificate from CAMH for opioid use disorder treatment. Sarah specializes in conducting medication reviews which can now be done online through our new MedMe service. Sachin is a University of Waterloo alumni of the Honours Bachelor of Science (H.BSc) and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) programs.

With experiences in government, long-term care, hospital and family health teams across the province, Sachin brings a family-oriented perspective to community pharmacy practice after caring for a diverse set of patients in a variety of settings. His current passions involve complex patient care, medication management, diabetes management and smoking cessation. In his free time, he likes to stay physically active, get together with friends and catch up on his favorite TV shows.

Jasneet is a recent graduate from the University of Toronto with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).  Jasneet’s passion for pharmacy and advocating for the profession has been evident through her active participation in a variety of initiatives, including co-founding Pharmacy Awareness of Geriatrics (PAG)-a group dedicated to raising awareness & empowering seniors through educational & philanthropic endeavours.

As a pharmacist, Jasneet understands that optimizing health goals goes beyond simply taking your medications-it is about being educated about your medical condition to give you the tools to make better decisions for a healthier lifestyle.  As much as pharmacists are an integral member of a patient’s healthcare team, Jasneet believes that patients should be active members of their own healthcare teams to optimize their health goals. Jasneet enjoys sharing her passion for pharmacy through education and personalized care for every patient. In her free time, Jasneet can be seen playing and refereeing soccer, writing and doing floral design.

Cherry is a pharmacy assistant at Whole Health Pharmacy. She was born in the Philippines and obtained her license as a Registered Nurse in 2005, where she helped to develop policies and guidelines for the health and wellness of employees at Our Lady Lourdes Hospital in Manila.

Now, as a pharmacy assistant, she is able to reach her goal of being successful enough to contribute her interpersonal skills meaningfully to holistic patient care. On a day to day basis, her responsibilities include communicating with customers, handing out proper medicine, maintaining stock and assisting in inventory management. She also provides excellent customer service, administrative and clerical tasks to maintain documents and records. She feels self-fulfilled every time she is involved in community service as she believes that there is nothing greater than looking at the smiles of the faces that she has helped. 

Haseeb is a recent graduate from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in biomedical sciences.

With aspirations of becoming a healthcare professional, Haseeb understands that providing exceptional patient care is at the core of WHP’s values and he always strives to connect with  patients and be of assistance to them. In his free time, Haseeb enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his friends and family.

Nisha has recently graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of science degree. During her time at university, she had the opportunity to work on research projects with professors which has helped her to identify her interests and explore career opportunities.

She has been working at Whole Health Pharmacy for almost 2 years. She enjoys giving back to the community and helping them to meet their individual goals through working as a team with health care professionals. It has been a great experience giving back to the community and working as a team with health care professionals to meet the goals of the community.

Hardeep completed her Pharmacy Assistant program in 2003 and joined the Whole Health Pharmacy team in 2018. She has 16 years of retail pharmacy experience and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
